Hearing it is postponed due to delay in the delivery of ballots papers. Last time, during presidential election, the same thing happened and we witnessed a major rigging ever of elections’ results. I just want to congratulate the president of the electoral commission to have decided to put it for 2 days, I read, until things are ready. Otherwise, more people will die. Looking at what is happening in Côte d’Ivoire is not good. The result of not playing by the rules from both sides.
